Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz, founded in 1904, is an exclusive Swiss international boarding school set in spectacular alpine landscape near St. Moritz, Switzerland. The school offers an International Summer Camp featuring English, French and German language lessons and afternoon specialization in Sports, Film and Acting, Digital Skills, Golf or Football (Soccer). The camps are tailored to children and teenagers aged 10 – 17, and the quality of service and professional staff make Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz truly a leader in the industry.
Zuoz is an example of a traditional Engadin village in Switzerland. It has many cobblestoned streets, an elegant town center and numerous beautiful old buildings. In the winter, it offers a large family ski resort with a large chair and T-bar lift, as well as a cross-country ski center. In the summer it has a golf course and numerous hiking trails.
“The Lyceum Alpinum Summer Camp is for clients who want the very best in a summer camp. The year-round boarding school itself is one of the most exclusive in the world, and the Summer Camp and Junior Golf Academy is offered by the same personnel in the same luxurious facilities. As a destination, Switzerland is perfect for families who want to send their children to a country that is famous for being safe, clean and orderly, and close to home for European nationalities. The camp is one of the few that offers a choice of studying three languages—English, French, or German, allowing siblings or friends traveling together to choose different ones. Italian parents will appreciate the fact that there are relatively few other Italian children on the camp, for a country that is so close to home. The academic offerings, in addition to the language classes, are also useful and relevant to the interests of children and teens today. Finally, the cool and dry mountain air makes this location one of the few in Western Europe in which campers can be out in the sunshine without suffering from the summer heat and humidity of many other places, at all hours of the day, allowing them truly to make the most of the wide range of outdoor activities offered.”
