Eureka School of Spanish Language: Calle del Arenal, 26, 28013 Madrid, Spain
“I met one of the owners of Eureka, Angel Piñuela, at the very first ICEF international workshop I attended in 2005, and I went to visit the school the following year. The impression of Angel that has remained the strongest with me in all these years is the fact that my flight to Madrid arrived at nearly midnight, and was also late, but he very willingly arrived at Barajas airport to pick me up and take me to one of the Eureka studios that he had provided for my stay. The next day, at the school, I met his brother who also managed the school, and I experienced an exceptional warmth from him, Angel, and the rest of the staff. I was also given the opportunity to meet some of the students, who tended to be older than the average 23 years or so, and they spoke very highly of the school’s treatment of them—“like family,” they all said. In subsequent meetings with Angel, which have occurred more often in recent years since the school joined IALC, his behavior has never been any different. As a Spanish language school, Eureka is one of the longest established in Madrid, and it is also very well spoken of by its competitors. Students will be able to appreciate not only the top quality teaching, the intimate atmosphere that a school with small classes offers, but also the fact that it offers its own studios very close to the school, in the center of Madrid, for a price much lower than what students would expect to pay renting similar properties from other owners.”
