Adults 16+

The schools in this section offer courses for general language study from beginning to advanced levels, business language for recent university graduates and young professionals (typically younger than 30) and various language exam courses. The average age of students on these courses is 23, and possibly lower during the high season, but some of the larger schools can also be suitable for students who are older—there will simply be a smaller number of these students with respect to the general student body. They all offer accommodation and a full program of cultural and recreational activities.

Teenagers, Children and Families

The programs in this section are for children and teenagers aged 6-20 attending them by themselves, with either residential or host family accommodation depending on the age of the student, and are full packages consisting of a language course, accommodation and meals, a full cultural and recreational activity program included in the price, and airport transfers. This section also features programs for families in which the children, and if desired, also one or both parents, enroll in a language course. Packages of cultural and recreational activities are also optional. Accommodation can be arranged by the school or the family on their own.

This section also contains programs that are tailored to the INPSieme program.

Adults 25+ and Professionals

The schools or courses in this section are aimed at students aged 25 at the very least, but who are typically between about 30-50, with an average age of 40-45. They offer general language programs at all levels and a wide selection of specialized language courses for experienced professionals. The accommodation is of a higher level than that offered to younger students on general language courses, and the cultural and recreational activities are more tailored to mature students. There will be very few, if any, students younger than 25-30 on these courses, or in the entire school.

High School Abroad

The programs in this section are for enrolment in a high school abroad, which can be either a public (state) school, private (also religious) school that they attend during the day and stay with a local host family , or a public or private boarding school. Students may choose lower-priced options in which they have less choice over the school in which they enroll, or standard-priced options in which they select the actual school. Depending on the particular school, students may remain for stays as short as 12 weeks, or 1-3 terms (trimesters). This section also contains programs that are tailored to the INPS Itaca program.

Teachers and School Groups

These programs are for teachers of their own native language, or for teachers of a second language. They are professional development or teaching certifications. This section also contains programs that are tailored for school groups accompanied by one or more teachers during the school year or summer, including PON groups.
